Greenbuild Europe 2020 to be held in Dublin

Mark your calendars: Greenbuild Europe 2020 will take place March 24–25 in Dublin, Ireland.

Greenbuild Europe is the premier annual conference for European green building professionals. Attendees worldwide across a variety of industries—including architecture, engineering and design—participate in Greenbuild Europe to share best practices, time-tested solutions and innovative strategies to advance healthy, high-performance buildings.

Greenbuild Europe will feature sessions covering all aspects of sustainable design, construction and operations practices for buildings and communities, including their impact on people, the environment and the economy. Attendees will learn about LEED v4 and LEED v4.1, building performance, health and well-being, the business case for green building, and more.

Greenbuild Europe needs you! Here are three ways to get involved:

  1. Participate in the Program Working Group: This Program Working Group (PWG) helps review session proposals and attends an in-person program retreat, among other responsibilities. PWG members can earn continuing education hours and receive a discounted conference pass to Greenbuild Europe. PWG applications are due by 5 p.m. EST on Monday, Aug. 12, 2019.

  1. Submit a session proposal or Greenbuild tour: We are looking for new and compelling sessions on green building. The education program includes three days of programming and full and half-day tours. Download and review the Call for Education Session Proposals document and the Submittal Guide for submittal information. Greenbuild Europe speakers receive a free daily conference pass for the day they are speaking. All travel expenses and any additional fees are the responsibility of the speaker.

Boost the visibility of your sustainable project by applying to be a featured stop on one of the Greenbuild Europe 2020 green building tours.

Education session proposals and tour proposals are due by 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019.

  1. Apply to be a peer reviewer: Peer reviewers evaluate session proposals and help maintain the quality of sessions by identifying exceptional presentations. Reviewers can earn continuing education hours and receive a discounted conference pass to Greenbuild Europe for participating in the review process. Review the Call for Reviewers document for more information on applying. Reviewer applications are due by 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019.
