In her role as Director of Global Workplace experience at the Coca-Cola Company, Jackie leads a team focused on the integration of physical space and technology for a seamless associate experience that supports the many ways employees want to work while enabling the anticipated needs for connection and collaboration with the return to the office, post-pandemic.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Jackie was the Head of Innovation for Enterprise Real Estate at TD Bank. In that role, Jackie was focused on the intersection of technology and data to enable employees to do their best work while ensuring equitable experiences from any location. Jackie helped establish the Bank’s IDEAS Program which is responsible for delivering continuous improvement and innovation in scope areas including: employee experience, process improvement, energy and carbon reductions, and human health and wellness. Jackie also led the workplace utilization strategy for the Bank which focused on the integration of technology and observational data sources to ensure an elevated employee experience and portfolio efficiency.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural design and also has a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in civil and environmental engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a LEED Fellow, a WELL AP, a founding board member of the USGBC Massachusetts Chapter, longtime volunteer for the USGBC, and is currently on the GBCI Board of Directors and Advisory Council for Zoo New England.
